Paradigm announced today that it has appointed James Cullinane and Dean Landeche to its board of directors effective October 1, 2019.

With their extensive leadership backgrounds formed at industry giants ITW, Emerson and Welbilt, Jim & Dean both possess skill sets that will help us achieve our goal of providing unparallel value to our manufacturers, dealers, operators, consultants and service providers.” Both will provide strategic direction to the organization, with Cullinane spearheading efforts with key channel partners and Landeche overseeing Paradigm’s marketing initiatives.

Jim is a graduate of Xavier University where he earned his BSBA and MBA degrees, specializing in finance and marketing.
He enjoyed a 38 year career in the commercial food equipment industry, spending most all those years with the Food Equipment Division of ITW (Illinois Tool Works). During his career, Jim successfully progressed in various sales and sales management roles, eventually leading to his position as Vice President Sales & Marketing for Vulcan Food Equipment Group (division of ITW).
