Paradigm alliance member, Vader and Landgraf, Inc. recently hosted a networking and product showcase event for end users and consultants featuring one of the most respected chefs in the world.
“In the Kitchen with Chef Gavin Kaysen featuring Convotherm” took place at Bellecour, Gavin’s authentic French bistro and bakery located on the shores of Lake Minnetonka in Wayzata, MN. The event highlighted best practices with Convotherm combi ovens, the Chef’s preferred combi brand. Welbilt brand executives were in attendance supporting Vader and Landgraf and Chef Kaysen while guests enjoyed culinary creations and engaged in lively personal conversations. Small groups of guests were then taken on “back of the house” tours to experience the kitchen layout and see the equipment in action.
Chef Kaysen is a valued partner of Vader and Landgraf and the Twin Cities’ highly regarded local restaurant scene. In addition to being a Welbilt brand advocate, he is a James Beard Award Winner and the Coach who led Team USA to its first ever Bocuse d’Or victory. Vader and Landgraf worked diligently with Chef Kaysen to bring his vision to life at Bellecour, assisting with the kitchen design and specifying Welbilt brands that include Convotherm combi ovens, Delfield custom counters, Kolpak Walk-Ins, and Garland Ranges, among other brands in the V&L portfolio.
Vader and Landgraf’s exclusive partnerships were on display at this event and play a key role for Paradigm in positioning the alliance as the go-to source for foodservice equipment and supplies.
